We are saddened to tell you that George H. Drawbaugh passed away May 8, 2013.
George was a loving husband, proud father, great friend, and a fierce competitor. As a Past Commodore of the Lake Hopatcong Yacht Club and long-time E-Scow sailor he mentored many generations of sailors. To a one, they remark on the lessons he taught them about themselves and what their best efforts could accomplish - sailing was simply his tool.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 13th, 3:00 PM at the Presbyterian Church at Shrewsbury, 352 Sycamore Ave., Shrewsbury, NJ. The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 PM following the service at the church in Fellowship Hall.
